dog. (man) A sexually indiscriminate or promiscuous man, who will “fuck anything.”reference 1 Usually said of a man by a woman. As with bitch, there is an allusion to dogs' apparent lack of discrimination when it comes to sexual partners. Such behavior can easily lead to the man being in the doghouse.
