dog hearted. inhuman, cruel.

So much for dogs being humanity's best friend. To have the heart of a dog is apparently to be crueler than Caligula. A different king, Lear, speaks of his dog hearted daughters.reference 1 Describing someone in this way seems far worse than merely calling someone a bitch.
